After a year of intensive speech and occupational therapy, my 3 year old daughter was showing no signs of improvement in her Sensory Processing Disorder symptoms. I was told no one knew why she was showing speech and motor delays, and that it simply happened with some children. I decided to start researching on my own, and was lucky enough to discover Yulene, whom I often refer to as my daughter’s “angel”. Integrating an array of different modalities of treatment, Yulene gave me my daughter back: I was able to hug her and kiss her, and form a bond with my child for the first time since she was born (before, she wouldn’t allow me to touch her or kiss her), her attention span improved greatly, the several daily terrible tantrums disappeared almost completely. For the first time she showed interest in playing with other kids. She was first able to swing and climb the structures at the playground showing huge improvement in her coordination skills. Yulene is truly a blessing for our family, and is very devoted and invested in our child’s development, and her hands can work magic:-). Our daughter is now ready to join Kindergarten, enjoys going to school and playing with friends, has a loving relationship with her parents and her sister, and is spending lots of time drawing, which is now her biggest hobby. I credit Yulene for all these wonderful things, and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family with a child in need of therapy.
